Got Hacked =[ - Blue Tracker

Alright, I got hacked, but I'm not going to worry as I have complete trust in the Blizzard team to help me through this. I already did the account recovery thing to change my password and a ticket to restore all my stuff has been issued.

But since this is my first (and hopefully last) time being hacked: should I expect a full restoration of my characters? Or only most of my stuff? I don't how much they can actually restore.

Oh and the person who hacked me put an authenticator on my account, it doesn't ask for the code when I try to log in, but I still got the pup.

At least the hacker was kind enough to put all the stuff he couldn't sell for money into my bank.

You got the pup because they added an authenticator, Locklord - it will disappear on it's own.

The fact they added an authenticator means they ARE in your email. That needs to be secured immediately, or the chances of this happening again are nearly certain.

I'd even go as far as recommending you setup another totally unrelated email for this purpose, once you are certain your system is secure. That effectively changes your account name.
