Secret question.

My friend's account got locked due to suspicious activity and he has forgotten the answer to his secret question, and as such, cannot post on the forums or log into his account. Is there any way he can reset or retrieve his password before Blizzard customer support opens tomorrow morning?

Unfortunately there isn't Abodigital. Your friend will need to contact our Billing and Account services. They will be open in a couple of hours and will be glad to assist your friend.
