Need help ASAP

Long story short, i was able to transfer my hunter, mage, palidan, and dk from dentarg for free because it is free atm. I tried to transfer my lock for 2 weeks, and I can't . It says (error) and that's it. It still allows me the option to transfer him, but it just ends up in error. He has nothing in his mailbox, no auctions open, and pretty much nothing should be affecting him... what should i do? I just want my 80 lock to be with my other characters before dentarg dies completely.

This character is a member of a 3v3 arena team, Royal. You'll need to disband from that before you will be able to transfer the character.
