ok so my friend got banned and he wants to create a whole new account and when he tries to do so he has to enter the CD key i guess and it says he cant do that cause he already used that. so does he have to get a whole new WoW game jsut to play again?

Using this method of transferring gold across faction to alternate characters, while not a supported transaction, is not prohibited. If that is truly what your friend was suspended for then he should contact our Account Administration team at wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com.
