Grunty missing

I noticed yesterday that Gunty is missing frm this toon, I have 9 other toons on this account that have him. All my toons have been on the same battle net account so I dont know why this guy didnt get grunty like the others. I opened a ticket but it has not been answered yet .

Unfortunately, posting here will not speed up the response as the Forums are not meant to bypass the petition queues, Furbawl.

I can confirm that I show a ticket in queue awaiting response. If you follow us on Twitter (http://twitter.com/BlizzardCS) you will know our ticket queue times are approximately a day and a half. As you opened the ticket this morning you will more than likely receive a response tomorrow afternoon.
