Cata Beta Launcher problems

Tech support is asleep right now, so I was wondering if there's anything you can do. I just received the Beta invite yesterday, I have been playing the PTR for a couple weeks, I'm wondering if that has any conflict with the Beta Launcher download.

I uninstalled both the Beta and PTR in hopes it fixes the problem, but after the second installation it appeared again. I'm downloading the Client again and going to install in a different location to see if that fixes the problem, until then can you help me? At least tell me where that specified file is being placed so I can find it?
