Retrieving my long lost old main =(

So prior to the complete transfer to battle.net accounts i had taken a break. This was probably middle of the ToC period. Never switched, account went inactive was taking a break cause of a new job.

Months later as ICC release date nears, i feel the insatiable need to kill the Lich King as I feel my 3 + years in WoW and previous years in WC3 have all purposely lead to this encounter, so i refused to miss out on it.

So i go to activate my acct and set up my battle.net email and link it my acct, and low and behold, this acct already has an email associated with it. Having never been hacked previously and always taken precaution never to let even real life friends have access to my account i was a little bummed by this.

I call customer service, jump thru all the validation hoops and thankfully am able to get my acct linked to my email and regain access to it. yay me.

Then the bad news, i log into my acct, and i have a lvl 80 paladin that had dinged 80 about 2 weeks prior to me taking a break, and my old lvl 70 shaman on the account. My 80 dk which was my main at the time, and my lvl 80 warrior, who was my original toon, justicar title, field marshal, etc etc are gone.

Im totally bummed so i put in a ticket and they say they cant help me and that my acct doesnt appear comprised ( how that makes sense ill never know ). So after about 4 tickets i just give up.

Weeks later after being unable to find my dk on the armory, I FINALLY find my warrior on some random server, untouched , same name.

So now , today, its like 8 months after all this, my then 70 shaman is now my main, hes killed heroic mode Lich King, pretty much completed all he can til Cata. I releveled a DK, got it geared out in 25 ICC gear, geared up my paladin the same.

And theres still this empty whole when i log in. I desperately want my warrior back. He was my first toon, and even after rerolls and switching mains like 3 times this xpac, im still called Sarkis, because thats what people knew me as for 3+ years.

Is there ANYTHING i can do to finally get him back on my account, im really liking the warrior talent changes and thinking of making it my main.

i attempted it months ago with ingame tickets to no avail. and they never once pointed me in the direction of the email form to fill out, so that kind of bothers me. I could lvl another warrior if i wanted to but me and sarkis went through a lot together, i still remember getting castigator and hatchet of sundered bones in the same night in vanilla WoW. /daydreams

After doing a bit of research on the transfers looks like this took place back on 10/24/09, which is almost 1 year ago. The petition that was opened to report the characters missing from your account was on 09/22/10. Unfortunately, it looks like they won’t be able to reverse the transfers, due to them progressing on the new account for a very long period of time. They can further research and see if there are any options for you. It is important to report any type of loss as soon as possible, so that we can help restore or reverse what has been done. Unfortunately, this may be one of those cases where we are unable too. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
