" Cannot login until character update...."

When I try to log into my Ocato character it says "Cannot login until character update process that you recently initiated is complete"

I went through the race change up until the credit card part and put in some little gift card credit card thing that I was using to name change my characters and whatnot when it said that it wouldn't work (it brought me back to the credit card information page and had a red box, I didn't read it.) I went on WoW and started playing on Ocato then got off and when I got back on it gave me that message.

How do I go about fixing this?
