Blizzard Downloader not downloading.

I know the servers are down, but I opened the WoW launcher anyways. The downloader bar fills up, and then the acutal Blizzard Downloader pops up on my screen.

Problem is, nothing happens. After an hour or so, it said my computer was behind a firewall.

I went in and gave every WoW program on my computer full access to the internet on my security provider, but nothing happens to the downloader.

Suggestions? Or did I miss something simple and obvious?
