Issues with Shadowmourne Box Questline.

Howdy. I've had a ticket open for days to no responce. My issue is a simple one. After killing the LK with my shiny new axe I went to finish the questline. I was able to turn the sealed chest in, recieve my unsealed chest. I was able to turn in the item to recieve my Crimson Deathcharger but none of the other npcs (jaina, sylvannas ect) spawned where they should have been and as of such I still have said quest items, but have had no way to turn them in. Any help would be kindly appreciated o' blizzard blueposts. I'd like my BoEs. I'm not sure if this is because I already have a music box, which was a gift..but a GM told me several months ago that would be nonissue, I would be able to redeem all other items and via opening a ticket get the music box sent to my alt.

But..alas.. :[

It looks like your follow-up petition is currently being addressed, so I imagine you will have an answer to your questions quite soon.

In regards to your first petition, I believe the previous Game Master may have misinterpreted your request - in the future, you may want to avoid using a phrase like "Character stuck in ICC" when you aren't actually "stuck." It can be quite confusing if a Game Master is under the impression that your character can't move and that's the source of your problem. =(

I understand that it was just in reference to your being unable to finish your quests, but please do note that purposeful misguidance on the content of your ticket can be considered abuse of our systems, and delays our ability to resolve petitions in a quick and timely manner. Best to avoid such courses in the future. >^.^<
