When I go to log into my character it says you cannot log in intil the character update process you recently initiated is complete. It might be how I did the character copy on the website but there is no email in the inbox that says anything about a character copy.
And the character name is Novva and it's alliance in realm kel'thuzad
Thanks.....

From what I can see, Noovaa, you initiated a Race Change for that character on the 28th of last month. You likely need to complete the transaction. Check out the following link.

You should be able to pick up the appropriate client by visiting your Battle.net account. I highly recommend grabbing the universal client which can be found at the following link.

If your operating system is Vista or Windows 7, Seriousru, you need to run the installer as the Administrator.

The following Support Article may be of assistance if you continue to have an issue.

I run my PC has Administrator as well but when installing and running specific programs I sometimes need to select to run those as the Administrator as well.

The link I provided was taken directly from the Battle.net account management page. you can also use this one: https://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/download_wow.html
Q u o t e:

thank you so much for helping me by the way...this is starting to frustrate me because it's more complicated than it should be.

You are right, it does sound like you are experiencing far more complications than absolutely necessary. Unfortunately without being there and seeing what you are doing and what kind of issues you are experiencing I'm afraid I am limited on what advice I may be able to provide. You may want to check out the Technical Support forum to see what troubleshooting options there are if you continue to have an issue installing.

Again, Seriousru, I really couldn't say. This is an issue that is more inline with someone more familiar with tech issues and though I can fake my way around a computer I wouldn't call me savvy. You might want to give them a try, Seriousru. Even though they are gone for the night there are usually some pretty savvy people hanging around that forum, they may have an idea of what is happening.
