3hr ban cant talk ingame now wtf?

Ok i woke up this morning and i tried to login and aperently i got banned...... (and idk why) so i check my email and this is what i saw

Account Action: 3 hour suspension and password reset
Reason for Action: In-Game Chat Policy Violation - Advertisement and Spamming

and there trying to say im a gold spammer or something (wich im not) and i dont know if someone used my account for that or what im really confused?!?!?!

You may not have spammed gold ads, but your account most certainly did.

I'd recommend doing a full security sweep of your system as well as making absolutely certain your email is secure.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
