How do I go about removing it? I send blizzard an email about the problem and they sent me a one back to reset my password which i had already done prior to that. What do I do next? Wait till their phone lines are open again?

The authenticator should be removed at the time of full account recovery, Dumia, if it was added by an exploitative party. If you have not received an e-mail regarding restorations However, you may also contact Billing & Account services by phone for verification and removal.

Contacting Billing would definitely be your best bet, Dumia, as it is likely that in this case, additional verification was needed to remove the authenticator in question. I apologize for the inconvenience, but there will be representatives available at 7am PST first thing in the morning.
