I'm here to ask for further assistance by a GM personally.
This is just a spare account of mine.
A while back my account was being compromised by someone else other then my self, it led to the account being closed and I used my phone to ring them up, answer a few personal questions like serial keys etc,
And it worked out perfect and I got my account back.
About half a month later I started getting logged out, I thought there was no suspicion cause it happened to be when I pressed space bar I got kicked, I contacted a GM in-game and it was no more.
Then about a day after I kept being logged out, my computer was flogging in viruses and I simply lost control over my computer after it had blue screened twice and then I turned it off for about 3 hours, returning back - doing a full scan with kaspersky AV and I deleted all the minor suspicions it found.
I emailed WoW blizzard support and they emailed me back saying there is no way it can be reversed because I must have shared it with a friend or something.
I emailed them again stating the above sentance was incorrect and I had the other above as an explanation.
Then they emailed me again saying sorry, but it still stands they can't do anything about it.
They THEN Stated I used bots.

Thank you for your continued correspondence. We have conducted an additional review of the action taken against the World of Warcraft account Removed and have arrived at the same conclusion. The account was found to have used unauthorized automation software (also known at "botting") to gain an unfair advantage over other players. Regrettably, As a result of these findings the action taken will stand.

Now may I make this loud and clear statement, I have NEVER Used bots and I have NEVER Had any intention to, Ive even reported people for botting.
You can look at the game time on my main account (Removed), and It took me a VERY long time to get to level 80, even with RAF. (My first level 80 char).
I stated it was a horrible thing to happen, because I play this game up to 16 hours a day and still fit in life with it, but I put loads of dedication into it and for blizzard to just take it away without me having done anything wrong my self personally, It's almost a crime.
I hope there is a misunderstanding and I might contact billing support.
