Getting chars un-transfered?

I hadn't been on since early yesterday, and when I tried logging on today I had an authenticator on my account that I didn't authorize. I went through all the steps to get my account back, including changing email info and such, and I ran a full scan and there was nothing on my comp. But when I logged in, all my high level chars were xfered to other servers, and stripped of all gear. I have put in tickets for the gear back, but is it possible to get transfers reversed?

To answer your main question, Hjkk, yes it is possible to reverse the unauthorized character transfers if it is shown they took place during the compromise. I also show several tickets you submitted concerning the compromise. All petitions are addressed in the order received, but once a specialist has reviewed the situation they will follow up with you via email.

You stated you changed the email address on the Battle.net account but I do not show that it has. You may wish to create a brand new email address for use with Battle.net only. I would recommend you make this change from a secure computer. Even though you stated you scanned the computer, there may be a malicious program still lingering. Try scanning your computer with the game running in the background. Depending on how advanced these programs can be, a keylogger may not “activate” until the game does.

I also see a few password reset requests and changes that occurred within the last 24 hours from a foreign location. Since another party was able to provide the necessary information to request the password reset email be sent, they were also able to access your email address.

Lastly, please take the time to review the following sticky to make sure you take the necessary preventative measures so this does not happen in the future:
