The phone lines open in about 10 minutes, Cozmotauren, however your fellow players are correct in recommending you secure the computer first before contacting us.
We have seen it happen all too many times where players will recover the accounts before securing their computer, only to be compromised once again. :(
On a side note, if the account is in your brother’s name, Account Services will need to speak with him directly to recover the account.
