Banned on the PTR - Blue Tracker

Im trying to figure out why im banned from the PTR, i havnt been on it in the past i think 3 or 4 PTR phases, yet when i downloaded the most recent PTR and tried to login it said i was banned, my account was stolen about 3 weeks ago and locked, could that be the reason? i was never warned or reported for any reason to my knowledge, i never really spoke to anyone in game and barely played on the PTR, the last time i was on it.

Thanks MephÃ®stÃ¸. It looks like the account was locked a few weeks back. Unfortunately there is no way for us to manually modify PTR data. Once the PTR refreshes, you will more than likely be ok to login.

There is no ETA. You will wanna check back periodically or keep an eye on the PTR forums - http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/board.html?sid=1&forumId=11572
