Thank you for your time. I just tried to call blizzard about getting an old account back that i lost the info for, and it says the number is not in service. Is there a New Number for Canadian/Americans to call?

Hey Temperest, I just checked on the number and it appears to be working fine here in the States. I'm not sure what could be causing you to receive a "not in service" reply. I'll have it looked into further regardless.

Just some additional info:

Account Services
Assists with: billing issues, password recovery, paid services, subscriptions, payment issues, account management, etc

Hours: 7 AM to 8 PM Pacific Time
