I just received a strange whisper from someone posing as a blizzard employee. The message reads:

(Blizzjackson): Our Blizzard systems scaned your game account and sees a violation of rules of the game's virtual currency trading. Please follow this link to review your account information or we will suspend your account. (website) Blizzard Entertainment Inc.

What is this? I didn't go to the website. Just wondering if it's real or not. The only currency trade I do is just between my characters on my server.

I received an in-game whisper telling me to visit a website to claim a free reward. Is this a scam?

If you have received an in-game whisper or mail regarding a free mount, a free pet, free game time, or an Alpha/Beta invite for an upcoming release from an individual claiming to be a Game Master or a representative of Blizzard Entertainment, please proceed with extreme caution. The websites from which such rewards are allegedly redeemed are malicious and may place your account at risk of compromise.

Please note that these whispers and mails are not being sent from Game Masters or representatives of Blizzard Entertainment. To determine whether or not you are speaking with a Game Master or representative of Blizzard Entertainment, please use the information provided below.
