Nagrand Slam

Hello, My problem is in rearguards to the nagrand slam achievement. I am one quest from completion and have been trying to get this achievement for months. I believe something may be wrong with my account preventing me from getting it. Using the everyquest addon to query the server there are two suspect quests that it shows I have not completed. "Ortor My Old Friend..." and "He Called Himself Altruis..." Neither of these quests are available too me, and surprisingly with the second one, I not only remember doing the quest chain but also show that I have all the following quests completed. Seeing how this is the starting quest in the chain it follows that I should have credit for it.

When I started working on the loremaster of outland achivment I noticed there were a few quests that I remembered doing but was able to pick them up and had to redoo them to get credit. I only have ever leveled one toon through outland so when I got the quest that gives the nagrand cherry again I started to think something was up. This was many months ago but at the time I also talked to other guildmates who said they had quests showing up they they remembered completing as well. My guess is that a server rollback or some bug happened that may have messed up the quest completions for some people on the server.

I realize that the everyquest addon is not infallible and could be wrong but this seems to be the only explanation as I have gone to every quest giver in the zone, and searched many websites trying to find my one missing quest to no avail. Any help you could give on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
