Account locked - No email

Hello,

Upon suggestion of a friend, I was given a ping tunneling tool (PingFaster) to try out.

I wasn't aware if this was against the EULA but I did check the forums and didn't see anything. Apparently the game detected this as 'suspicious' and has locked my account.

The lock advised me to check my email, and as yet I have not received anything on my email.

Suggestions?

You should have received an email.

Go change/recover your password - and that should allow you access, however, if we have an out of date email that isn't going to come through either and you'll need to contact Billing.
