Char trans - I messed up..need help

I just recently activated, which I used my paypal account. I went to transfer a character to a different realm, and I didn't give a credit card number, my character had been in the approval stage for the last three days. Is there any way to cancel the transfer so I can try it again.

The character should not be in the approval stage if a credit or debit card was not provided. To add, it is not possible to pay for a paid service using PayPal at this time.

With that said, Saintkargoth, I may be able to provide additional information. Can you reply with the character name and realm of the character in question?

I do not show this character pending approval to transfer at this time. Can you try and transfer the character again for me? If you receive an error message during the process please update the thread with the exact text of the message so I can investigate this further.
