Double Hacked

My friend was recently hacked, unfortunately. He decided to wait a week instead of purchasing the authenticator because he would be getting his iPhone then and said "who is gonna hack me between now and Tuesday?" (lesson learned, don't tempt fate). Here's what he dictated to me;

Around 12 AM to 1 AM last night, after finishing helping a buddy of mine get Benediction, I was called by a RL friend and told I was being hacked. I e-mailed blizzard immediately, and the unauthorized authenticator was promptly removed, and the restoration process begun very quickly.

However, in my zeal to contact Blizzard, I fear I logged onto my associated e-mail adress with malware still on my computer. Subsequently, the very thourough hackers hacked my e-mail, changed the password, and prevented me from accessing it for the forseeable future. They then placed ANOTHER authenticator on the account and changed my password again. Another ticket was submitted and the authenticator was, I believe, removed.

My dilemma here is this; I no longer have access to my e-mail adress associated with my battle.net account, or my battle.net account itself. Are there any options I have for regaining control of my account?

BEFORE your friend does anything else other than calling billing to get his account locked down until he can reclaim it is that he needs to SECURE his system AND his email first and foremost. http://us.battle.net/security/ will put him on the right path and it is imperative that he complete each and every step involved BEFORE attempting to get his account back.
