Our guild only has 20 ICC heroic attempts.

We have only had 20 unsuccessful heroic attempts in ICC 10 and 25 for the last two weeks. We are a progression guild that would very much like to kill Lich King heroic mode before Cataclysm comes out, and this bug is unfairly infringing on our ability to do so.

I reiterate. Currently, the text at the top of the screen says:

Unsuccessful Heroic Attempts until Retreat: x of 20

Please make it so the text at the top of the screen says:

Unsuccessful Heroic Attempts until Retreat: x of 50

We submitted a GM ticket last week, and all we received as a message stating something along the lines of, 'Thank you for contacting us. We have added this data to our own.' We would very much appreciate an actual solution to what appears to be an unsolvable dilemma.

Our guild has been contacted by one other guild on the server. They are also a progression guild and they have also been stopped by this 20 attempt fiasco.
