That's not necessarily true, Iraten. If we receive a report from another person, the issue generally gets forwarded to our specialists for review. If we are able to see that a compromise has taken place, we may begin the restoration process. Each case is different, of course, but we do try to do our best to get players (the
real players) back into the game as quickly as possible. =)
Blaquejezter, if you have not yet received restorations, then I definitely recommend placing a petition yourself. A Game Master will address it as quickly as possible, and you can see an estimate of our current queue times over on our Twitter feed.
