Hacked..6 restorations in mailbox????

Hey

I went on my account to find out it was hacked....6 times to be exact...and that is all in one day.... I come on and to find out my password does not work. So I change it...Now I go to my mailbox and I see that someone or something has tried to do the restoration thing like 6 times.....Now I have nothing in my bank and all my gold is gone too....Please I am the right person for this account. Is there anything blizzard can do to help me get my stuff back or trace the hacker? Thanks for all the comments in advance... now i gotta reset all my passwords again just in case if they got into anything else.

That's not necessarily true, Iraten. If we receive a report from another person, the issue generally gets forwarded to our specialists for review. If we are able to see that a compromise has taken place, we may begin the restoration process. Each case is different, of course, but we do try to do our best to get players (the real players) back into the game as quickly as possible. =)

Blaquejezter, if you have not yet received restorations, then I definitely recommend placing a petition yourself. A Game Master will address it as quickly as possible, and you can see an estimate of our current queue times over on our Twitter feed.
