I need 5 more shards and there were 7 bosses to be killed still and the server crashes...My guild raids just this one day a week and I was hoping I can test the weapon out with armor penetration before the patch in a guild raid...

It seems you have some misinformation, Modrápohlavi. We currently have no announcement date for the 4.0 patch, though testing is currently available up on our PTR.

Many players do like to speculate and assume release dates, but bear in mind that nothing is yet set in stone. Based on your current shard count, I believe you should have adequate time to complete your Shadowmourne.

Now, if you wanted to keep on track with the current realm issues we are experiencing, you are more than welcome to do so in this thread - we do wish to consolidate these concerns so they can be best addressed. =)
