No response to GM ticket yet?

I put in a GM ticket at least a week ago but no one has responded to it yet. It may have even been over a week ago that I submitted it. It's in regards to a player who was in my guild at the time that kept advertising for runs to GM Island both in guild chat and in Trade. We kindly asked him to stop but he argued that it wasn't against the rules and kept continually logging onto alts to advertise while he left his main sitting at GM Island.

Basically, what he was looking for was someone who would give him enough money to buy a two person mount so that he could then carry them to GM Island and to prove that he really could go, he must have left people know he was already there in Trade and a bunch of people ended up doing a /who GM Island and, sure enough...there he was. It got so bad that we had to /gkick him.

I saw him still talking about it days later and my ticket is still in place. I know it's after hours at Blizz so I'm not expecting a quick response, just saying that it's still there and I know it takes a while with these sorts of things but it's been over a week and I wasn't sure what was up. :o
