Q u o t e:
I DIDNT POST THIS FOR YOU TO READ< I POSTED IT FOR A GM TO READ>
There is a bit of confusion surrounding the term, Airrof. Technically we are CS Forum Reps, and though we have many of the same abilities as a Game Master we do not address petitions nor are we usually able to assist directly with an issue.
Q u o t e:
Masked profanity?? Is this a sesame street game? Did I just stumble into the Romper Room?
No, this is a Teen rated game where we determine what language is or is not acceptable. Using inappropriate acronyms is against our Terms of Use and Code of Conduct.
Q u o t e:
Blizzard doesnt have to build a case for Jack squat. They can PERMA BAN on the spot.
Technically? Yes, we could close an account on the spot, but unlike you, Airrof, we must be able to validate our actions. You can form all your judgments based on what you see, and determine that the person is botting. We can make that assumption based off of visual evidence as well, but visual evidence can't be reviewed at a later date when the person registered to the account disputes the actions.
If you find someone you believe to be botting or otherwise violating our Terms of Use, Airrof, please report it. These investigations can take awhile but if after a few weeks the behavior persists you are welcome to report that person again.
Q u o t e:
If I knew that I would be in a debate with "you people", I would never have even posted.
If you are looking for a private dialog with a member of our In-Game Support team you'll want to submit a petition or write to
[email protected]. The primary focus of these forums are for players to discuss the game with other players. Though specific forums such as the CS Forum and Technical Support Forum are moderated we are not able to get to each and every thread.
