Time Code Card Disfunction

I bought a time code card for ~$30.00.
I scratched the scratch-off and half the numbers came off with it.

I had to burn my 10day free trial upgrade on this account to get on the forums to report this
OR-
use More money in phone minutes to wait for, deal with, your billing dept.

[edit]; the card is useless and the numbers can't be read well enough to enter in the time code field.

I am sorry to hear that several numbers were removed when you scratched the Game Card, Thragal.

The quickest way to resolve this issue will be to contact Account Services by phone. Their phone lines open in about 15 minutes.

Alternatively, you can also send them an email with your issue. Keep in mind though it may take a day or so to receive a response.

Damaged Game Cards is something that Account Services can assist with. They may be able to do a search over the phone to recover the missing digits. If there are too many numbers missing, they may have you mail the Game Card for further investigation.
