My friend account is locked for almost 2 weeks so far. He had sent email to WoWAdmin@Blizzard.com explaining his situation at the very first day his account was locked but has not got any reply back yet.

Could someone from Blizzard look into it?

He cannot even login to post in this forum so I have to do this for him.

All they are waiting on is confirmation his system is secure.

He should have received an email with instructions - he needs to fill out this webform.
