Character Transfer Issue

I accadentally transfered the wrong character from one server to another server. I haven't logged onto that character because I'm affraid a.) you guys won't help me out, and b.) it will delete my other DK that I have on the server. If you guys could help me out I'd appreciate it. I transfered a DK named Slôth, and I had meant to transfer a Paladin character named Malachì. This happened probably 20 mins go. I have opened a Ticket but "they are currently experiencing a high volume" of them so I thought I'd post here to see what kind of answer I can get. Any help would be appreciated :).
