Hello, my account recently got hacked (its the account im posting on right now)
i stopped playing around april 25th, and decided i'll come back for cataclysm when it comes out,
but my friend told me he saw all my characters on-line at some time through out and asked me if i was back, i told him no, then i got an email telling me my account has be locked due to suspicious activity.
so i ran virus/ad-ware scan
then resetted my password through the email that was sent to me by blizzard.
i checked my payment history and it says that there was a payment made sept 10 2010
so i armored my characters and couple of them has login AND has done and aquired certain things around sept 12-13.
so i went on right now to see if the account was active, and it is and i was able to log on.
my Hunter was the only character that lost all his PvE gear due to being an enchanter, but rest of my characters got all their gold and bank account cleared out.

so i guess my question is where can i go to report my account being compromised?
even though i had some important stuff in bank, i just really want my Gold and my Hunter PvE gear back due to the fact hat he's my main. Thank for the help in advance and please help :(

This looks to have been all resolved as far as the restoration, Wìze.

I'm asking this be looked into further about that payment, it is very likely a stolen credit card and you certainly don't want that coming back to haunt later.

Naturally, once that time is removed, you won't have access to the account unless another payment is applied, I'd recommend pulling out any restoration emails you may have as soon as possible from the mail so they don't expire - especially if your plans aren't to be back for a bit.

The old payment has not yet been removed, but getting bumped offline was a side-effect of the account being worked on, yes.

At the moment, you should be able to login, but as soon as that payment is removed, this will once again go inactive.

Once that happens, you could put your payment in at any time.
