Paid Character Change.

Hello there,

Today I received an email saying that my "Paid Character Transfer" has been declined. I, however requested no such change. However, yesterday I did a 'Paid Faction Change' for a character on this account, which was successful.

I am able to continue to log into my account and have an authenticator attached, just curious if I could get some help as to what's going on?

Torek, you've been given the correct information.

Billing will be the ones that need to assist with this. While this did indeed go through, it was then reviewed and locked. This is usually done either due to payment, or because something about the transaction looked a bit suspicious and done for your protection.

In either case, Billing should be able to assist and give you further instructions.
