Suspended for Spam/gold ad

Okay, the problem is that I got suspended for spam/gold advertising . I know for a fact that I have neither of those. I think got hacked but nothing serious has happened besides the 3 hour suspension and 6+ level 1 characters being made on different realms.
I know my computer itself is secure but I did in fact log into another computer a while back and I think that may be the reason why. At first I thought it was a simple mistake me getting suspended but I changed my password back to the original one and it happened again so I know something is up.
I have changed my password to a much different pass but so far so good and I just wanna make sure and see if there anything else I can do.

Even if you believe your computer is 100% secure, Ricz, it never hurts to check again.

If you haven't already, make sure you submit an in-game petition to report any damage from the compromise and let our Account Administration department aware that the spam was not from you. They can confirm that the spam took place while the account was compromised and remove any negative mark that was placed as a result.
