Missing all my low level quests

A while ago I transferred with 3 other friends from Lethon to Trollbane and all was good.

Until I decided that I waned to go for Loremaster and realized that I was missing every single one of my low level quest. There is not a starting area/low level area that I can go that my low level quest tracker does not light up like a Christmas tree. I even have the very first quest in the Valley of Trails where an Orc pops into being - I even have the cactus apple one along with all the rest!

I don't see how I could not have made it 80 and never did any of these quests. I cannot start running instances until I'm level 10 so how did I level if I didn't do any of these quest - any where??

This is on both on Eastern Kingdoms and Kalidor - for example, I have all the quest in Crossroads, Ratchet, Dust Wallow Marsh, Thunder Bluff etc - you name a low starting area and I have quests there. On the Eastern Kingdoms, Sepulcher, Tarren Mill, Kargath etc... I already did all the ones STV and a few others.

I tried opening a GM ticket and was told, sorry we have no proof and it looks like that I popped into being and ran all the way to Brill and did a few quests around there. Um... I still have almost every single quest in Brill.

The crazy thing, the 3 other people are missing all their low level quests as well.

I was hoping if I posted something here, I might get this resolved. I don't expect to get every quest back but this is not cool. There are so many that I know that I've already done and yet, they show up as incomplete and need to be done all over again. If I didn't want the Loremaster so bad, I would've said the heck with this a while ago. I'm still trying to do them and work through them but I get more jacked with every area I fly into and yep, there's all the quests for that area waiting to be redone.

Is there anything that can be done? Can someone else other than an in game GM look into this? If there are 4 people that transferred over and all are missing the same low level quest, something got broken along the way. If this isn't the place to post this, can something point me in the right direction that is?

Thanks

I know a great many people who just started killing things and leveled that way in the beginning, Maritas. Given that you created this character back in mid 2006 my guess is it would be difficult to say for certain what quests you may or may not have done at the time. Many of us run those starting areas enough on several different characters that it can blend together.

Unfortunately, if you had completed these quests there is no proof of it. Though we would be delighted to assist you we simply are unable to complete quests for players, especially when they are available to be done by that player. We would also require verification to provide any type of assistance and that simply isn't available.

I did look into your character, Maritas, and I can verify from my end that it does not look like you did those quests, at least not all of them. When you transfer a character it is mostly just moving data from one realm to another, a bit more complicated than that but you get the picture. When that happens a copy of your character is left behind from before the transfer. This allows us to reverse such transfers in certain cases, such as unauthorized transfers in the case of a compromise. I can also use that information to verify what quests were completed just before you transferred the character.

Looking into it, Maritas, it doesn't appear that you completed Your Place in the World, which is the very first quest, nor did you complete Cutting Teeth, Galgar's Cactus Apple Surprise, Sting of the Scorpid, though you had done Lazy Peons and Vile Familiars and several others.

So it does look like you did a few of them, just not all, and I simply couldn't tell you when you may have done those quests. It could have been when you first started out or much later though any quest you completed before the transfer would be listed.

No, I'm afraid there is likely nothing that can be done at this point. Though our Quality Assurance Team is happy to look into possible issues with a service or the game there is no evidence to support your claims.

If you give me the character name and realm of your 3 three friends and the names of the quests all 4 of you believe you did previously and have recently been able to pick up and complete I can take a look.
