RAF

I got a friend of mine to buy the game so we could play together, but it seems he didn't know(well, I forgot to tell him) I had to send the RAF request before he entered the key, and by the time I logged in today and sent the request he said he had already used it, is there anyway we can fix this?

It's an easy fix, Thraw. Unfortunately, I am unable to correct it myself. Your friend will need to contact our billing and account services during their hours of operation and get it taken care of.

Account Services
