Is this a legit email from blizz?

I received this in my primary ISP email acct and I'm just wondering if this is a legit email as I didn't think Blizz would ever delete inactive accts.

addresses registered to World of Warcraft accounts to target those that are
inactive. If

As the others have indicated, this is a phishing scam. I believe it's already located in our list of Phishing e-mails here:

Still, it would be most appreciated if you could forward the full e-mail and headers to hacks@blizzard.com for review. If you have further questions on how to identify these fake e-mails, you might want to check out our articles on it. ;D
