DCs/Unable to Connect/Missing NPCs

So I've been dc'd twice in the past 5 minutes; Iogging back on isn't working -- I have to try 3-4 times to connect; usually I have to exit completely out of the game to even connect. Missing NPCs, stuff not reacting...what's going on?

Before you ask, my connection is fine, and fast. Everything else loads and loads quickly online. WoW is currently the only problem.
