You can change the email attached to the account, and then maybe be able to play with parental controls?

I am not exactly sure what else you would like for us to do, Mysticforz.

You said yourself that you received the instructions on how to update the Parental Control email address. You need to follow the directions you were sent. Once the Parental Control email address is updated you can then adjust the Parental Controls to your liking.
