Investigation Removal - Please Help

I opened a ticket because one of my characters dissapeared from my character list, through the help of users from the forums the problem is now solved.
The problem is that my ability to communicate with others and members of my guild is now suspended.... is there a way to lift the investigation as it is no longer needed and i wish to continue playing the game.
