Is it possible to transfer my account (not the characters) to the EU version, most of my friend play the EU version, so I was wondering if there was a way I could transfer my one free month and subscription to the EU server rather than NA.

Since you created a North American World of Warcraft account, Zeneth, the account cannot be converted into a European account.

As long as the purchase was made within the last 30 days you would qualify to receive a refund for your purchase. You may wish to try and return the game to the place of purchase.
