Character Disappeared

The character that I am posting on has disappeared from my Character Selection sheet for my realm. I don't think I've been hacked as none of my other characters have been touched. I checked the character transfer page of my account and it shows no recent or pending transfers. I also checked the Armory and the character does not show up there. It seems as if my guy has been deleted, but I know for a fact that I didn't delete him. I have a ticket open in game, but I was hoping there is something else I could be doing. Thank you for the help.
