Character Recovery Process

I put in a ticket yesterday and during school today, it was received. When i got home i checked the in-game mail that was sent to me saying they would look into it. I have 3 level 80s that i am trying to recover, does anyone know how long this may take me?

This may have been true in the past, Solved, but petitions are taking a significantly smaller amount of time to address these days, including those revolving around account recovery.
