Timeline on recovery for hacked accounts?

i got hacked about a year and a half two years ago and was told that my two toons could not be recovered. one was 68 hunter and the other 30 rouge. i was just wondering if there was a timeline to recover these or if i could start the process

It may be possible that a Game Master is able to recover your level 68 hunter if deleted, Yougodead, but it is highly unlikely that a deleted 30 rogue is recoverable. However, if you have not yet placed a petition, you won't know for sure until you do. I do advise placing a petition in-game if you have not yet done so, and please include as much detail about the characters as you are able to (level, class, name, realm, etc.) so that the representative that receives your petition knows exactly what they are looking for.

If you are referring to gear or items/gold lost from well over a year ago, it is unlikely that logs exist any longer that would allow our Game Masters to provide you full restoration. =( Again, it never hurts to ask, but please be prepared for the unlikelihood of recovery in this situation.

I do see that in the middle of May, 2009, you were compromised and some restorations were provided. Some to this character, and another to your Shaman on Silvermoon. It is possible that at that time, our staff was unable to provide additional restoration. It's unlikely that after such a length of time that restorations are available now, but you are always welcome to ask our experts via a petition.
