I purchased my brother a recruit a friend account, and when it first started there were problems with it linking to my account. Then his account was hacked... now his account is secure, however i found that i never recieved my "Free Month" by doing this, why? :(

Can you by chance reply with the character name and realm on the account you recruited so I can look into this further for you, Secretfist?

I was able to locate the account with the character name you provided. It appears as though this account was not created using the Recruit-A-Friend invitation. This account was created using the regular trial account and does not include any benefits, which is why you did not receive a free month.

Account Services can usually assist in a situation like this within the first 30 days from when the account was created. Since it has been almost 2 months at this point, they may not be able to link the accounts together. You may wish to contact them by phone to discuss the circumstances and see if an exception can be made.
