I just called the Blizzard Billing Team and you were closed which is normal at this time. The auto-response on the phone said "Press one for English," etc, but then it says "If you are having problems logging into Battle.net, we are currently doing or normal Tuesday maitenence..." Blizzard finished their maitenence at around 2:00 PM PDT today because I checked the Service Status Forum. Blizzard would've finished their maitenence by now becuase it's 1:20 AM PDT, so I don't think you're still doing maitenence now lol.
So I don't think your phone's updated properly to remove what the auto-response about the maitenence. Or it's either an issue with my landline phone.
I rang 1800-041-378 as I was calling from Australia.
So I'm just telling you guys so you can start looking into it if you want to. :-)
