Still no email back from account admin.?

I got that email around 30 hours ago. It says it takes 12-24 hours, but seeing as how it was about 30 hours ago... The account in question is asevenx333 I got 72 hour banned for hacking which i didnt even do, sent in an email quiet awhile ago.

It looks like the dispute ticket that our Customer Service rep sent for you, Manoxis, is currently being reviewed. It has been in queue for approximately 20 hours, so I believe that time just may be passing a little more slowly than you might normally perceive. ;)
