Recruit a Friend not working, please help!

Im not getting recurit a friend benefits, It was working but today ive tried it all and it isnt working please help..... I think the patch may have done something.. please help!

If you leave the name and realm of a character on both the veteran and recruit accounts, one of the representatives herein may be able to take a look into what is causing the issue.

The most recent information I see, is that there is an account that was upgraded but expired on 9/15/2010 and another that is a trial and expires on 10/10/2010.
