Ticket response time

Let me see what I can find out, Iwi, that seems like an awfully lengthy response time for where the queues are at the moment. In-game queue times should be around the same as e-mail response time and those queues are currently under a day.

You should see the character on your selection list now, Iwi. If you do not try creating and deleting a new character on that realm, that should refresh the list. From what I could see the character seems to be lacking in equipment and I'm not certain if that is recoverable at this point but the character is restored.
