wasn't trying to derail the thread, so relax chief. It's my god given right to post in threads without reading the body of the message!
Actually, Mokrath, you'd be incorrect. Crosslinking the way you did as well as what what constitutes as trolling would be a violation of our Code of Conduct. It does look like you are just attempting to be funny, Mokrath, but there are no deity granted rights in this regard so please be more aware of the thread you are posting in. :)
Heifa, I'm afraid you will need to contact our Billing and Account services department to have your Authenticator removed. If you are able to provide the serial number for the Authenticator they should be able to use that information to have it removed otherwise you may need to send in a form to verify your identity.
I am very sorry for what inconvenience this may cause, the goal of an Authenticator is to allow the registered user an extra layer of protection so removing it without sufficient verification would defeat that purpose.
You can call 1 (800) 592 5499 (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) 7AM-8PM (PST/PDT) for live representation.
Australian users should please call 1-800-041-378 if the standard 800 line does not work.
Good luck.
